____FAIR USE DESCLAIMERBy commissioning me, you give me the right to share my commissions on my domains to help forward my business. I will not credit your characters as my own, and if you would prefer I not share the work on my pages, please let me know. When you share the work(s) on an external website like a blog or page, always link back to me with the watermarked version and a credit. You have the right to use your commission personally; that is not limited to avatars, wallpapers for computers and mobile phones/tablets. You can also have it reproduced as a print or t-shirt, but only for personal use.However, you must NOT:Modify, replicate, trace, or edit my work without my consent.Claim my works as your own.
Reproduce my works for any commercial purposes. ____COMMUNICATIONI am most honored to commit to your characters in any way I can, though I ask you to be respectful and courteous through all interactions. Rudeness and harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and it may negatively impact any services in the future. It is vital to note that not every artist is the same; they have other occupations outside the internet. They might be going through a hard time or stressed out.No matter the situation, I ask you to please be respectful of my boundaries throughout the whole process, and to be patient if I may not get back to you right away (though such instances I seek to avoid). If anything comes up that may cause any inconveniences, I will keep you informed. Lastly, if I have forgotten you and am far behind, please politely remind me, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.When I begin communications, depending on where you contact me, it will either be through my Instagram or FB page, as those are my most active socials. I can also do email if you’d prefer. If you get any suspicious messages from a similar name outside my socials, please report any impersonators/fake accounts and let me know.I NEVER randomly contact anyone unless they ask about commissions.
____REFERENCE MATERIALWhen you come to me about a prospective commission, you are welcome to request any characters you’d like. Once you have a character or two of yours selected, you must provide model sheets and references. and highlight any specific features (like a mark or number/placement of scars, or jewelry if any, etc).For pets, the process is the same. Provide as many photos as you can and highlight any special markings or features.In addition, some of the more uncommon non-canid species like equines, rodents, reptiles and others (whether OC creatures or pets) may take more time, as they are not my typical subjects. So if you request an unusual species, please be patient.NO REFERENCE, NO DRAWINGWhether two or one-hundred references, it matters little; any is better than none.
____PRICING & PAYMENTRegarding the systems for payment, I use PayPal, though I am open to CashApp and Venmo as alternatives. I require payment upfront, but I can discuss payment plans. ***NOTE II: Depending on the style, the price will likely increasePAYMENT PLANS: While I rarely do payment plans, there may come instances where I make an exception. Plans can range from two-time payments to four-time payments, but no more, no less. Please make sure they are on time; I will ping a reminder if you forget. It will affect the completion and distribution of the artwork otherwise and delay the process and the time for when it shall be completed, and the product is received. If the artwork is completed before the final payment is sent out, the art will not be emailed until the full funds are met.DISCOUNTS: Though it is not launched yet, I do not offer any discounts outside of my Patreon. If it still interests you, you’re welcome to join in the lower tier, as discounts are not only reserved for the higher tier.REVISION FEES: If you would like any revisions, there is a limited time where they are accepted. You won’t be charged in that timeframe, as I recommend you making suggestions at the rough and clean-up sketch stages. The number of times then is unlimited, and I will strive to make as many as necessary until you are satisfied so we may proceed onto the rest of the rendering. However, anything after that, notably if the request is last minute (or close to completion, maybe 50% or 70-80%), there will be a $15 upcharge.CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Though I strictly seek to avoid this, should it reach a point where you are not satisfied with your commission in any way despite revisions, I will offer the chance for a full refund. However, I only offer this during the early stages of production. Once a commission is completed, I will not offer refunds.
____THE PROCESSSLOTS: My limit for how many commissions I can take at one time clocks in at 10 slots. If you would like to reserve one of those slots, please let me know, and I will place you.
